Scotland - Fife to Edinburgh

This is the oldest tennis court in the world dating from 1539. The game played here at Falkland Palace was called Royal Tennis as opposed to the more modern game which was known as Lawn Tennis. The walls are an integral part of the game and the racket is shaped more like the palm of your hand. The scoring is basically the same. Tennis enthusiasts still play here regularly.
